Intellectual Property 

Unless otherwise indicated, Carbyne Ltd. and/or its affiliates (collectively, “Carbyne”) owns or licenses the copyright to the webinar and any other intellectual property rights to the content presented in the webinar. Some of the content in the webinar may be owned by individual presenters and is included in the webinar under a license or agreement. Webinar events and recordings are to be viewed by the registrant only. You are not permitted to record, reproduce or share the webinar or its content in any way. A copy of the webinar presentation, including materials such as workbooks, may be available before, during or after the webinar event and is for your personal/non-commercial use only. Any breach of copyright or other intellectual property rights, including recording the presentation or any unauthorized use of the webinar content, may lead to legal action.

Confidentiality; No Warranties

The webinar and its contents are provided in confidence. Carbyne makes no representations or warranties with respect to the webinar and its content. Carbyne is not liable for the content of the webinar, quality of presentation or if learning outcomes did not meet any expectations.

Links from the webinar

Webinars may contain links to other websites over which Carbyne has no control. Carbyne makes no representations about the accuracy of information contained on those websites. Carbyne is not liable for the content on those websites.

Registrations

You are registering for the webinar via HubSpot and webinars are hosted by GoTo Webinar. By registering for a webinar, you consent to share your application details with HubSpot and GoTo Webinar to view the webinar. Data Privacy

Cabyne may use, and may provide and export your personal information to other members of its company group, personal information collected about you for the purposes of (a) providing access to and use of the webinar, (b) providing customer support, billing and other similar activities, if applicable, related to the webinar, and (c) keeping you informed about products, services, offers and upcoming events and to improve Carbyne’s webinars. Carbyne may also provide personal information about you to its co-sponsors and co-hosts of the webinar for the purpose of providing you with direct marketing offers which Carbyne or its co-sponsors and co-hosts think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive information about other products, services, offers and events, notify Carbyne in writing by emailing [email protected].

Cancellation

You may cancel your registration for a webinar any time prior to the event. If for any reason, the presentation is required to be canceled by Carbyne, Carbyne will send a notification email as soon as possible.

Webinars are recorded

Carbyne may record audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the webinar session. By joining a webinar session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact Carbyne to discuss your concerns prior to the webinar date.

Webinar participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use, or require you to download the software for your operating system. Software can be manually downloaded by visiting the GoTo Webinar support page. Please note that you may require administrator privileges on your computer to be able to manually install software.
