What is Citizen Connect?

Citizen Connect is an optional package alongside APEX or Universe that helps provide notifications to the residents within your PSAP’s jurisdiction. Citizen Connect achieves this by providing the registered caller’s chosen medical information and other particulars on screen and (if configured) notifying the caller’s designated emergency contacts of the 9-1-1 call with rich media. Citizen Connect works throughout participating areas.
Signing up is Easy as 1–2–3
Step 1:
User goes online to register for free.
Step 2:
User inputs chosen medical information and designated emergency contacts.
Step 3:
Carbyne saves this data securely and privately for use when 9-1-1 is called.
