Carbyne Universe Cloud-Native Rich Media Solution to Enhance Public Safety in Campeche

Carbyne Universe will help provide quicker and more efficient responses to crisis situations and security threats in the state.

Campeche, Mexico April 19, 2023 – Today, Carbyne, the leading provider of public safety communications, in partnership with Global Hitss, announced that the Government of the State of Campeche will implement Carbyne’s Universe cloud-native emergency response platform into its emergency response center (C4) with the aim of strengthening public safety in the region. 

In a press conference, the Secretary of Public Safety Marcela Muñoz Martinez of Campeche, Governor Layda Elena Sansores San Roman, and representatives from Carbyne reiterated their commitment to work for the well-being of the local inhabitants.

Carbyne will make Carbyne Universe available to Campeche’s emergency contact center (C4). Carbyne Universe provides interactive communications tools for any mission-critical center: live video, instant messaging, image upload, and more to increase call takers’ situational awareness and decision-making abilities dramatically. Carbyne Universe uses predefined messages to reduce human errors during emergencies. The system allows emergency call takers to work collaboratively, sharing information between call takers and responders that leads to the right response the first time.

Using the Universe platform will help enhance the capacity of security agencies in Campeche to manage and respond to emergency calls, reduce false calls, assist gender violence claims, optimize resource allocation, and coordinate actions in real-time, enabling a more effective response and greater protection for the community.
